Women need to address their hormones differently as they go through the menopause experience. Your body when it's in crisis holds on to weight and shuts down sex hormone production. If you're already super stressed out and like living on caffeine and sugar and then you try to fast, you are going to be miserable. You know, I want to support your body first and then when you're in a place of calm and a place of support, then you can experiment with fasting.
