There are some things that have been shown reproducibly to significantly increase life span and health span like Rapa Myson. Things like alpha keto-glutarate seem to attenuate frailty in mice and marginally increase life span. And then everybody sort of has to make their own decision from a risk reward perspective, from a financial perspective. Are they going to incorporate these things into their lifestyle as nutritional supplements? So I tend to not want to get into making recommendations about that side of it.
