I think that's a mistake, just a psychological mistake because it's motivating to see. It's motivating for somebody to start out very overweight. If your waist is shrinking, you are getting leaners. Oh, if you have to go to the store and buy bigger pants, that's an indicator. There is no bloating. You're not big-boned. You are getting fatter.
