So as you start to do this practice, what's goig to happen? Yo're gon to start thinking, six minutes in, you're ging to be like, ok, enough of this. I want to go do this now. This practice is boring. And then your mind will say, but i don't want toDo this practice any more. Let's stop meditating. Just notice something else.
