David Burns: It takes a lot of courage to be real through CBT. When I wrote Feeling Good, there were only five or six cognitive therapists in the world. In part because of that book, as well as the efforts of many, many people, it's become probably the most widely practiced form of therapy in the world and sometimes insurance companies insist on it. And so it becomes fashionable now to call yourself a cognitive therapist when you really aren't. Yeah. Well, that was a very interesting session today. We'll have to do an ask David again.
