Is Lucy Binaetra One of the Fastest Runners in Triathlon?

Lucy has always been one of the fastest runners in triathlon. Her passion is really the run and it was also always the discipline where she reacts the fastest on training stimuli so if you if she's able to run some weeks consistently you just see the performance going up. Lucy needs have a good physical therapist around taking really care taking care like i said about the load how much you put in how much volume you put into your training.
