When you realize that you're just there to ask questions, it gives people new information. We are all the authors of our own story who, if we just have the right prompts or the right questions, we cannot lock that. How much time do we have? I will consider that. What is this person's role? Who else is around? Why did they come to me or did I go to them?How often, how honest can I be with them? Am I going to see them more often? All of these things are running through my mind that's going to decide how I'm going to approach this situation.
