How Do I Get Up Bright and Early in the Morning?

I'm usually in bed by about 730 on one of those chronotypes that has to be in bed. During that time, I like to read for a little bit and do some meditation. And then my day of work starts, which is usually home. It's very important that I have my time in the morning. Once I've got everything else out of the way, had my breakfast and all the other hacks that I mentioned earlier. That's my unwinding process.
