The Importance of Intention in Service

I think when you actually slow down for long enough to think about how you approach the most mundane tasks you find an opportunity to do them in a way that really has an impact. I believe when you look at the steps of service the touch points throughout an experience sometimes the smallest enhancements to the least obvious touch points can have the most dramatic impact on the overall experience. Show some intention and a little bit of creativity and find an unbelievable outcome.
