I'm a big fan of meditating, because i feel like you can be aware of your thoughts. I think if we don't prepare ourselves or set ourselves up to win, then we're always going to be in reaction mode. We haven't trained our minds to win. It's like a confirmation bias. If i go looking for negativity, if i go looking for a reason to be upset, i'm going to find it. And so we want to make sure that we're looking for reasons to be excited, things that we can do better and reaching the goals,. Or being feeling productive that day, whatever that means....
