Is There a Cool Down?
Sometimes it does make sense to have an extended cool down, right? And by extended, I mean 30 minutes to like 50 minutes of easy running post workout. This makes sense why? Well, collection has been depleted depending on the severity of the workout. Once you get through the flush, you flush out a lot of these abrasive metabolites. Then three, especially with the more endurance-based athletes, you're recruiting these muscle fibers.
