I Love Peanut Butter, and I Love It, but I Love Them Too

The muteball is a, it's ot like baba ganouche, but made with tahini. Write, sit's roasted purade egg plant dip. And this is probably one of my favourite dishes in the book. It was almost a revelation to think we can use peanut butter the same way we use to hain. I think the nuttiness, which is probably why tahana works with it as well. But it has a certain sweetness to it that tahena doesn't tohave.
