I've Got a List of Field for Long Runs
Before the end of my running career I was doing quite a bit of work with Richard Huggins group. My favorite session there is 800 hills, generally five or six it's really good because you get nice hard spots and then it flattens out and then it goes hard again the end. But yeah there's heaps of good spots where I am now. Near list of field things like that for long run so I've got hills forever.
