Michelle Obama: I wish people would eat less fruits and vegetables and whole grains specifically the whole grains and more meat fat. "It's not just bullshit that is not true" she says of keto diets. She also argues they can exacerbate metabolic issues such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease or even bone fractures if you don't get enough nutrients from your diet. 'You really have to be critical about this'  she tells her listeners.
