The Secret to Being a Great Thrower

Lift weights three days a week, throw four days a week for the next eight years. That would probably be about the ball park that you'd want to do things in your sport. You have to quit blaming the waitroom for your lack of improvement. And that's when you have to go back into the field and say, i can't just throw, throw, throw. I need to think things through. It tends to take a bit of intervention by somebody else's eyes or vision to convince you that the waitroom wasn't what you weren't intree in the waitroom.
