The first step in dealing with a bully, and goes back to the questions answers, is ask yourself, is this really bullying? Depending uponit, this may just be a very outspoken, loud, aggressive personality who doesn't realize that he or she is a bully. The standard new yorker might appear as a bully. And i'm using stereotypes, and i apologize for the use of stereotypes. I understand the issues with stereotypes, but it will illustrate the concept, which is the goal here. So what you're doing is your trading elements of the negotiating elements. Ore things that are of high value to you, but low value to your counterpart. That's how you create value,
