What Is Training Volume?
Training volume is how much you scream when you're lifting. That counts internal screaming, which no one hears a t measured indecibles. Total repetitions thing can get a little walky because what we're really looking for was the amount of fatigue that it causes. We want to see how much volume we can stuff into a programme. Volume is a predictor and a causative factor for gains. It's not just about weight on the bar or distance; it's also your ability to recover from hard sets. And if you tend to do fewer raps, but you're groing super heavy raps become not such a great weight to measure volume as they weigh more than the amount of force
