How to Do a Hard Workout in Ten Minutes

The final workout that i have here is er another as many rounds as possible, and you do it for nine minutes. 20 mountain climbers, ten air squats, 200 meter run. If you fall half way intoa round, then you plus on the reps that you do. So my time at the end would be five rounds and 23 plus 23 rips, i guess you could say. I know i'll give it a try sooner rather than later, and i let you know how i go.
