There's going to be an upper limit where you start getting diminishing returns or potentially overtraining or injury. The word stimulus and consistency are the ones that keep coming up. And just as much as we need to have those workouts, we need to be as consistent with our recovery. I work with a lot of people that have so much more to their life than just running.
