The Importance of Being Kind to Yourself

I think as women, no matter what age group we're in, we're too hard on ourselves. I'll raise my hand for that one. You can't beat yourself up when you didn't hit the mark. Our thoughts are related to our physiology, our hormones and our immune system health. Even just having that constant negative self talk is putting your body into a synthetic state. And so even starting with the basics of what are the quality of your thoughts has huge health implications.
