I told my board 15 years into being the director that in 15 years, I was not going to be the director anymore and we get a new one. But I thought 30 years was plenty of time, maybe too much time for one person to run the organization and that change would probably be good. So I said, you know, I have a new director, Lauren Rogers, who has been on our staff, became the new director. And I still like doing this. It's grown probably in ways with under Lauren that it wouldn't have grown under me. "The NCO is going to survive you in the sense that there's continuity"
