Train Stations in France - Disrupting Habits
In train stations across France it's common passengers to head straight to the big screens where you've got all the announcements of platforms and look up for updates about their train. So in order to change the behaviour, we had to really disrupt the habits. We created a giant smartphone that would go around the outside of those big screens and really capture attention when people were looking up waiting for information on their platform. And after a two-month test there was a 45% increase in downloads of the SNCF app which is now being deployed in other French station.
