How Did It Go From 338 to Your Next Marathon?

I started training in February 2019 with the method so we were progressing then quite nicely and I think I took like a solid four or five months just low heart rate training. Before you know it you're training like 90 kilometers a week. And as I see all my self progressing rather quickly I was like okay I might be this is possible. So that's of course an extra motivator for me to feed your dad. Of course.
