The Impact of Online Mediation on the Psychology of the Parties
I think because it gives people time to reflect, I think they are not reaching that point where they are eliciting those fight or flight responses than you and I have talked about before. And so my theory after looking through these online mediations is because people aren't becoming angry, they are more creative. That's why I'm seeing some of the more creative solutions take place online versus over the phone or in person in one two hour session.
