How much of an ambiguous problem can somebody solve? Cause it's a good indicator. Someone that is to your senior if details are flushed out, it's all about execution. If you got five people in the organization, i think you cauld take on five major initiatives. But if you got zero, you're not ready. You don't have people that you could basically build around and base it on.
