Sleep is the time that your body recovers and repairs itself. One of the greatest things you can do is to shut down all your technology as far away from your bedtime as possible. There's actually a really great free sleep meditation from P-Diddy on Audible. That meditation will help listening to something to cool you down that will take you to bed. And if you're like me, yeah, I don't even get nine to 10 hours of sleep.
