Are You Planning on Using a Landscape Architect for All Three Phases of the Project?

i've had other, i've had, it's happened once. Not all the time, but i have had another competitor who'se a very well established, has a larger firm and came in at a schematic design price lower than me. And they didn't understand the second phase, that percentage im so that's a little, not a concern, but something i'll have to just factor in that. Am, that's just no point of differentiation, yeh.
