How to Track Engagement on Social Media

The main way we measure success for our social program is engagement, which we define as the total of likes, comments, shares, saves. We use Hootsuite and they help us track that stuff often. And then we do the analysis ourselves. But in B2B, somebody could be looking at a TikTok video bars and then go search for Zapier in search and then social doesn't get the credit for that.
