What's the Maturity Curve for Buyer Interviews?

A lot of people think, I got to go to the statistical significance behind the data or I'm going to survey first because that's easy. But what happens there is you send out a survey to 100 people and your interview participation rate is 1%. So index towards the most important feedback, which is buyer interviews. Many buyers tell us this too, they're usually afraid to accept stuff from sales or accept or give feedback to sales.
