How to Lean in to Your Perfectionism
Psychologists try to help people lean in and that's the tricky but you've got to know what those cognitions are. We don't want perfectionism to show up in how we manage our perfectionism ironically so we don't want to be this tick box i must now never do this anymore. Some weeks i have to say i'm really good at it and some weeks i fall back into old habits but i figure it's a journey right absolutely.
