How to Deal With Migraines
When you're in a fasted state, your body's just not very efficient at holding on to sodium. When the presence of insulin, it's going to block that sodium out from the cells. It's an incredibly important nutrient specifically for muscles and like relaxing muscles. Usually I'll have a migraine until I exercise or go to sleep. And then, you know, so it oftentimes will last like 24 hours and then occasionally I get them from flying, flying headaches or real thing.
