Anxiety is really about what created it. We had a caregiver or caregivers who were inconsistent with their tummy with us and we're kids. So there's a big, big preoccupation and also someone who has more of an anxious attachment. They have this very intense drive to have someone co-regulate and they don't know how to self-soothe. In relationship, that looks like a constant need for reassurance,. so very tuned into any sort of shift in anyone's feelings, mood, and taking that extremely personally. Someone who skews more anxious than are going to pursue really hard which meant for me that when I was doing that, I was like chasing someone
