A flywheel is like a water pump where there's a constant amount of effort that goes into creating a pretty constant output. Soho Bloom, for example, has built a flywheel around his email newsletter. He's got it where when someone joins his list, they're getting welcome emails and then he can sell digital products on the site. And so at this point making $25,000 to $30,000 a month, selling sponsorships. The more subscribers he has, the more money he earns.
