Employment Law Matters With Rebecca Tuck From Old Square Chambers

Employee worker status is a bit of a minefield and it seems that workers need this flexibility as much as employees do. A six month trial looking into having a four day week for employees with no loss of pay has started. One of the funders of a Flex Appeal report was Sir Robert McAlpine who'd been working with journalist Anna Whitehouse also known as Mother Pucker. It will be interesting to see what happens with the outcomes of this four day week trial.
