I'm just going to invite you to notice if there's anything up in your body that um, anything that you're noticing any trailhead about other concerns from other parts. There's also the manager who meticulously edits these videos and podcasts every week. That has a temptation to want to go in and pick and prune all the little parts of this that I might want to smooth out. But that's not what this is about today.
