Physiotherapy - Strength and Conditioning Principles With Pain

Using strength and conditioning principles in these environments with people with pain is a limitation. Trying to get people strong with pain, I don't think can be done the same way as trying to get them strong to help improve their performance. And so this bosing of intensity now becomes very challenging. So simply put high intensity pain, low intensity exercises. That is such a great and simple formula that like anybody can use. Rule of 10, it does work. And it's not rocket science. Right, it doesn't have to be,. but it seems like sometimes we all get a little attached to things, like wanting it to be like rocket science. Yeah, not rocketScience.
