Social media has made that even easier for us. Listening for what we expect to hear and sort of interpreting to confirm what we already expect, are certainly some of the listening gaps that exist. So i guess that leads us to one of our really important learning concepts, is to push ourselves to seek out disconfirming information. Keep a really open mind and being a good listener.
