How to Segment Your Acquisition Targets

A new acquisition target should be aggregation of users, not just that acquisition of an end user itself. What's very important is to first segment your acquisition. Make sure to profile in your onboarding. Number two, you need to understand your ideal customer profile. Nine out of 10 issues that I encounter in every single company I advise is incorrectly defined activation or just not defined activation. Activation has to be across. The true value exchange with your customer that can be quantifiable and it cannot be created into a vanity metric. So something very meaningful that is transactional that is happening in your platform. And what's your first habit loop, which is a frequency of engagement.
