There was a period where my company got up into the 30s and I realized I was not ready to manage even at that tier. The management skills that are needed at each level organization, depending on the size of the organization, shift. And so we had a lot of churn at the executive level and management level, trying to find the right person for the right job. For me, it really came, really started to work well once I had a really good number two.
