I think people that just love to lift but can't walk up a fly to stairs without panting need to be doing more cardio. Cardio and weight, it's kind of the same. I don't do pre-workouts if I'm working out like in the afternoon. Coffee is my pre-workout. If I work out in the afternoon, I don't have a pre-work Out. But I drink coffee every morning. And then it's probably my favorite pre-Workout.
