The Importance of a Good Co-Founder Relationship
I've been particularly lucky with my co-founder and I think I've come to appreciate this more over time so we worked together at Teespring he led the engineering team I was like the business development team. We had both a working relationship and a friendship and we'd since become like very good friends. The whole company did not have either the negatives from misalignment and then also just the positives from us being able to reduce communication because we trust each other to do stuff.
