How to Maximize the Responsibility of the Actors With Capabilities
All the actors who have that capability really want the future to go well. They're aware of existential risk, they're aware of like long termism. The second part isn't needed, but I hope that it happens because I think it might be needed for the long reflection piece. So you could have a cake like, it's really nailing this like transparency and coordination.
