The Psychology of Weight Loss
The first book I wrote was essentially a book about the psychology of changing our physiology. People would come to me and they would be say morbidly obese or out of shape or unhealthy, unfit or in a physical state that they didn't want to be. But it's almost like the body wasn't the problem the body was the consequence of the problem. The person is still the same person even though they've lost weight but their ingrained life patterns will reassert themselves so you could spend a lifetime chasing the surface symptom rather than really looking at the cause.
