I love the idea of shipping an outcome. I've always had a knack for doing that with my teams, and I've always found that it was worth the effort. The first time your team closed a big enterprise deal you suddenly experienced an overwhelming sense of accomplishment pride. It's very satisfying the team's confidence skyrockets work feels really fun. Everybody in B2B go to market has experienced these what I call wow moments,. You know like when the demo blew the audience back or your team was the top performing team top performing region in the company.
