Tips for Starting Out

In Scotland, we're starting to warm up a little bit. Water's getting a little bit warmer the daylight so a little bit longer. The midges are starting to come out, which is not so nice. But it's starting to get into the sort of weather where people who have long COVID or or whatever might be thinking Maybe I'll give it a try. So that's one way of starting. And then, you know, you take it up next level is getting to the bath, getting to a cold bath again. That's going to be 16, 18 degreesigrade and something like that. Then there's also putting your face into a bowl of cold water or ice
