What Must Be Different When You're Done?

You cannot focus if you have eight air quote priorities. You should never start a meeting without knowing what must be different when it's done. The biggest problem with meetings, the biggest problem is that we create agendas with what I call treadmill verbs all over them. They're like being on a treadmill. Those minds run off in dozens of directions and it's an open invitation to just talk.
