How to Get Your Running Back on Track

I'm still running every day, but my running's been nothing short of really a disaster. If you're a contact lens wearer, you're going to be able to relate. I took my contacts out the other night and suddenly I felt like my eye had been scratched. The next day it was a thousand times worse. So I couldn't wear contacts. Had to wear glasses. It was just another couple days where the running suffered as a result of other things going on. so I'm really hoping that in the next week my running gets back on track or back on trail or back on road. Either way my running improves."
