Had an awesome chat today with Julian Fishman from my hometown, Melbourne Australia. Julian and his business partner Shane have several huge Amazon businesses doing mid-7 figures per year, as well as consulting to 8-figure Amazon businesses.
He started his career in banking, before starting a bike shop in inner-city Melbourne called Velo-Cycles (if you live in Melbourne, you’ll know they’re one of the city’s largest). He sold that business and headed to Silcon Valley, getting involved in a software startup.
From there he learned about Amazon, saw a product being spruiked on Social media and decided to give it a try. In month one he’d sold over $120K worth of product and was off to the Amazon races.
Today we talk about what it takes to build a 7 figure Amazon business for an exit.
