The Importance of Flexibility in ADHD
I think it depends on the silo that you're in as to how even with ADHD that works. There's certainly some folks out there who are like, I have ADHD, and that means you can't expect me to remember people's names or new places on time. Like, when I do a workshop, none of my workshops on ADHD start on time. Because to me, that's inappropriate. They should start five minutes late because duh. But that doesn't mean that everybody that I work with, all of my clients, like, sure, come late whenever you want to come late. It's just the world we live in. Correct.
