The Importance of Amino Acids in Training

There's four rules you want to follow during training. Maintain a readily available flow of glucose, maintain a readily Available flow of amino acids and get hydrated. Nobody is going to perform well if they have bloating, distension, gas, farts. So with your glucose, your amino acids and your hydration, you're all hyper key to maximize performance. A combination of muscle glycogen and blood glucose can maximally create both nervous system and muscular performance.
